Not only do American soldiers have to worry about staying alive, killing people, brutalizing prisoners and not being home with their family. Now they have to learn and practice the puny, socially acceptable human art of spin (“lying”) just like the bastards who convinced this dull, witless and illiterate country to invade Iraq.

People get so upset when you use the word “lie.” I’ve called the Bush Administration liars repeatedly on my MB and it usually seems to get a “JP’s crazy” or JP’s gone overboard” reaction. I’m not sure why they choose to bury their heads in the sand, but they do. Maybe it makes them not worry so much if they think they’re not being lied to every day. Or maybe it makes them feel better about their vote, or lack thereof.
