Dear Sir or Madam:
Over the years I have seen PBS gradually become less and less independent of government and business and now I see PBS as almost irrelevant.
The only reason to view PBS is its alternative viewpoint to that of corporate media and now that is being compromised more and more. I’m sure your bottom line is your chief concern but I would suggest that while you are still able to make a difference and stand up against censorship and the narrowing of the public mind that you should do so instead of conceding at every step. I will not pay to support an organization that is clearly heading in the wrong direction.
