Star Trek

I’m really wanting to like Discovery (I’m only up to Season 1, Episode 5) but it’s hard, really, really hard. And what makes it so painful is that there’s clearly a lot of effort going into it. I just don’t see much soul or vision. Maybe I’m missing something. I’ll probably force myself to watch some more at some point and check in later, particularly after hearing today’s news about Patrick Stewart reprising his role as Jean-Luc Picard. 😐
