This case has been delayed by decades probably. Because Monsanto owns many of your favorite senators and representatives and whatever else the little feifdoms deign to entitle themselves.

I think this is yet another case in which the penalty pales in comparison to the bounty derived from . . .

  • Decades of stock increases
  • Continued market monopolization
  • Simple profit

The point is that agribusiness is powerful.
