I’m vegan and have at different times spent waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long thinking about how to ingest the appropriate amount of protein. I think I have stumbled upon a solution that will revolutionize my health situation!
I decided that whenever I was thirsty I would not turn to bare naked water, as delicious as it is, but instead create a habit of drinking homemade protein water. So, instead of reaching for my Camelbaks I am now reaching for my Blender Bottles. By pairing my daily hydration with protein supplementation I am hoping to dispense with the chore of having to slog down massive lumps of protein at set intervals throughout the day.
Does that make sense to you? 🙂 I’d like to know about the experience of others who have tried something like this before, or are headed in that direction.
