Poor planning abounds in central Mississippi

It is obvious from the moment you land here from the outer world that the planning of the roads, the reservoir, the interstate management, the parking lots, the neighborhoods, pretty much everything, is deficient. I would be surprised if anyone here studied civil engineering prior to embarking on any of these projects that we are victims of everyday. I’m sure there was lots of glad handing and reciprocal agreements when things were set up initially and people had their bank accounts filled as fat as their own tummies.
