Dear Karen,

I hope you and the family are well. My family, that is. Because you are still my family and I am yours.

Please share with me what it will take to have some kind of life with all of you? I don’t want to have to get adversarial with you but you have limited my options with your choices and that’s all I have left, is to fight you hard. I have tried to communicate with you and you have failed to meet me halfway, as usual. I’m asking that you search yourself and open yourself up. What will it take for me to be able to communicate with you and the boys and mom once again?
