Squatting is very important. It is a functional exercise that builds strength and integrity throughout the body. Without the ability to squat, where would we be? On the floor, that’s where!!!

So practice your squats daily and you will reap the benefits immediately. My squatting practice has made a huge difference in the quality of my daily life. In fact, this has led me to buy . . . The Squatty Potty! Yes, indeed! And it is terrific. And it is a wonderful metaphor for how horribly misguided our stupid Victorian ways were, having grotesquely mutated the image of what life should be like for human beings, living on our heavenly planet Earth.

So, enjoy your daily squatting practice and get yourself a Squatty Potty. That is a great habit to keep your mind off of this COVID-19 party we’ve been surprised (not) by.
