This is one of my favorite episodes! There’s some great talk about reliable news sources.
Watching this one again: Edward Snowden on Joe Rogan Experience
This is a must-watch, folks. Before you close the book on Edward Snowden, you should watch this.
I feel horribly about Julian Assange, though. He’s fucked, man. A case of someone telling the truth about something and getting tortured for it, might be assassinated for it, by the nation that supposedly champions freedom of the press and all that shit. What hypocrisy. There should be no secrets, basically. But that is not the case. The actual machinations of the USA, Inc. are shielded from all eyes by default, because the corporate masters would stand to lose greatly should their actual motivations be revealed.
Another great episode of the Joe Rogan Experience show, featuring Chuck Palahniuk
I really liked this one. It’s very dense with information and interesting facts. I was laughing quite a bit also.
Watch/Listen to Amanda Knox on Joe Rogan’s Podcast
Great episode! Amanda Knox is a very compelling person. Listening to her describe her experience reminded me very much of my own experience with ignorant, blind power during my marriage, my divorce, and post-divorce fallout, going to jail, going to The Meadows/Gentle Path, listening to rooms full of people, sometimes “experts”, disagree with you and make you question your own sanity. Very scary! ๐ Very Orwellian. As the guy said, it’s possible to be a minority of one and still be correct. Never forget that, folks! Just ask Galileo.
Joe Rogan upset with media, CNN questioning his COVID treatment
In all of the articles I read about Joe Rogan’s treatment I never once saw a mention of them even attempting to contact him for comment. That’s interesting, isn’t it? It’s almost as if they didn’t care about getting an accurate story. They simply read a news clipping and regurgitated it, along with their biased and hyperbolic editorial comments based on a partial set of facts, because they are dimwit hacks. Great job, American journalism, or whatever you want to call it, whatever it actually is! ๐

As a side note, the author, Andrew Hall, is a stupid, irresponsible journalist.
To say that Joe Rogan is an idiot of legendary proportions and has a poor grasp of science and the scientific method is quite revealing. Clearly Mr. Hall is a conformist, small-minded moron himself who chooses to criticize people who he doesn’t fully understand simply because he perceives them to be disliked by the establishment and mainstream idiots themselves. Always easy to pick on easy targets, isn’t it?!
Anyone who’s actually listened to Joe Rogan for a meaningful period of time would know that he is extremely open-minded, curious, and does not hold himself to be the arbiter of truth in any way. He is also extremely knowledgeable and understands way more than the average person. So I don’t know what kind of standard Mr. Hall is using to judge Joe Rogan, but it seems to be way higher than he would use to judge anyone else who actually deserves such judgment, for example any member of Congress. Joe Rogan is a podcaster and not an elected representative who is corrupt and intransigent and actually endangering the lives of every single person in the United States. I’m glad Mr. Hall simply exercises his writing skills in order to get clicks instead of effecting meaningful change in society.
More COVID-19 drama
TheHill: Fauci: Joe Rogan’s COVID-19 comments ‘incorrect’. https://thehill.com/homenews/media/550632-fauci-joe-rogans-comments-about-young-healthy-people-not-needing-a-vaccine
Instead of just spouting lines from one person and another this journalist could have delved into the details and synthesized something useful. This article leaves the reader with nothing but confusion. What is the point of that? It isn’t even educational. There are important points made by Joe Rogan that are true and inarguable and those are not contested by the supposed experts. That would be an interesting angle for the journalist to explore.
It all comes down to logic, people. Use your fucking brain and think.
