Do you understand the perspective from which Mr. Biden is speaking? It is that of an expert, in this case an expert in American history. Mr. Biden can barely contain his mansplaining at which point he concludes by deducing that in the back of your mind you have already fashioned a fairytale ending to the long, documented history of USA, Inc.’s foundation of rich slavery and genocide. Because he wouldn’t want to get your hopes up and rob you of your happy ending, that he is somehow in the position to guarantee or not. 🤔
