The tech giants should be investing in a rail system in the United States. Electric cars are fine and useful. But it seems like there’s a lot of bang for your buck in a comprehensive rail system. I don’t understand why this isn’t happening already.
In fact I think something like this is necessary if we were ever to have or even pretend to have a unified country.
And if we aren’t trying to become unified then why don’t we break apart into separate, independent nations?
Pick one, for fuck’s sake so we can get on with it!!!
This seems tragic to me. Elizabeth Warren now seems utterly compromised. Maybe her advisors suck. But at the end of the day that doesn’t matter.
Bernie Sanders was and is a solid bet. So is Tulsi Gabbard. They would be glorious leaders of our citizenry, stalwart and ethical human beings with integrity and imagination, moving us forward together, where we need to be.
One of the most tragic consequences of the way we have chosen to structure our stupid society is that sex between a man and a woman has largely been reduced to be merely a financial transaction, a commodity, and that is because white male capitalist supremacists are too greedy and stupid to conceive of a world in which things don’t have price tags. It seems to baffle them. So instead of sex being a fun, social, exquisite, delightful pleasure that we experience freely and in abundance (even if it’s with the same person within a monogamous relationship, by the way — I’m not talking about “sex planet” here) it becomes something else, something less, something cheap, used for leverage, for personal gain, for power, for social standing, even just to put food on the table, which might be the saddest thing of all.
Well, I would encourage people to think differently about things and instead seek to frolic freely with the opposite sex at every opportunity. Go with your gut! Follow your bliss! You know you want to. Because at some point either men will need to stop paying for sex or women will need to stop asking for compensation for it. Who will make the first move? Maybe both? Well, let’s get with it, shall we??? :-))))))))))
The extreme arrogance and hubris that is continuously radiated by characters such as these is due to this: they now realize that they allowed throughout their lifetime the circumstances to exist that brought us to this moment; that they failed in their own eyes to prevent the problems that are before us now; but instead of simply stepping aside, acknowledging the truth, and getting out of the way, leaving it clear for others to do the necessary work, they entrench themselves, embittered, and seek to pretend that the problems couldn’t have been prevented, or that they are not as bad as they seem, or that they are beyond the ability of others to solve, or that they are unsolvable by anyone, or, lastly, that they don’t even exist.
That’s what the headline was supposed to be. 🙂
But the sleepyheads are still in the lead! 😃 How exciting this is for us to be writing about and watching instead of thinking deliberately!!! 😃😃😃 So, let’s see:
- We know the name “Biden” real well. Check!
- He’s white like our nice, smart father, and the bread that we eat. Check! (But, shh! Don’t question him or make him angry!)
- He talks with the greatest of ease. Check!
- He smiles and is friendly. Check!
Once he’s back in charge we’ll all be safe again. Ahhh! 😊😴

Sorry again for the sound quality! I’ll try to do better next time.
I was reading an article just now about a potential “Democratic reckoning” for Donald Trump after the election results are tallied today.
Let’s be clear, people: if the Democrats were to win back control of Congress it would be an undeserved gift, bestowed upon them by those who are rightly fed up and outraged over the mismanagement of this civilization in the hands of elites of both stripes who live in far away, detached, lost islands of indoctrination while the citizens of this country must toil every step of the way every day of the week. It would be the Democrats’ responsibility to rise to the occasion and show that they actually deserve to have the confidence and faith of the citizenry of the United States of America. And with that must come an avalanche of Democratic humility, erasing any inkling of hubris and superiority on the part of Democrats and every indication that they are done with doing things the old, wrong way, stifling meaningful progress with every cynical, overeducated, milquetoast policy non-proposal.
The right kind of change is going to happen eventually; one way or the other; either the easy way or the hard way; mercifully sooner or painfully later. The Democrats can either help usher in that change or they can continue to protest defiantly while they fade disgracefully into historical oblivion, replaced by a new, socially just movement that we may already be seeing take form.
